The Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission wants your help.

The agency has created a new app for Android and iPhone that will allow users to report underage drinking, serving drinks after hours, drug abuse and prostitution or gambling at restaurants and bars along with other illicit activities.

The app’s webpage lays out the steps for creating a report, which involves disclosing a personal e-mail address. The TABC says this address will not be released to the public, but any information included in your report will be subject to the Public Information Act. That means users can remain anonymous if they wish by not providing personal information.

The TABC is asking users to stick to the facts: The name of the establishment, what happened, and how a user may be contacted. Users can also ask to receive notice when a complaint is resolved, as well as details about how the resolution was handled.
