TerribleTuesday in 1979 And I Was There,Tornados Everywhere

Me and a friend coming back from a vacationto Lawton Oklahoma,we had been up on MT Scott doing some fishing and camping,a great place by the way to do both.As we got close to Wichita Falls the weather got really bad,hail smashing my truck window,and the noise was unbearable.About 830 pm we saw three to Tornadoes to our right,and my friend spotted a mall,where she wanted us to take shelter.Something told me keep driving,and to the screams from my friend i kept driving. And glad I did 43 souls lost their lives that day,and a lot of them in that mall,that she wanted me to run to.Sometimes just follow your instincts. Here is a video from that day..
