Texas Babysitter Accused of Drugging Children, Tying Them to Car Seats
News 10 reports that Rebecca Anderson allegedly drugged infants and toddlers with acetaminophen and then tied them up in car seats and left them in the closet for hours at a time. She's the owner of a Dallas in-home daycare and is now feeling the heat of child endangerment charges from inside the Dallas County jail.
This all is said to have happened inside Becky's Home Child Care in Mesquite. The 60-year-old owner is accused of leading a 6-month-old around by the neck via a baby bib and tying the laces around the child's neck according to the arrest warrant affidavit.
Anderson was booked on Sunday on nine counts of endangerment of a child with bonds totaling $45,000. Jail records indicate she does not seem to have an attorney at this time.
