I will say restaurants are 100% complicit in not addressing this culinary fowl (foul), and they should have had the gizzards (guts) to fix this error a long time ago.

Chicken, put simply, is delicious and unless you are a vegetarian, vegan, or communist, you enjoy wings just about any way you can prepare them. My kids love them fried, baked, rotisserie style, and would probably even attempt to eat them raw.

You know I love to cook, and I am constantly sharing homestyle recipes that are sure to please even the pickiest of eaters in your home. There is simply one way that should never be allowed when it comes to serving chicken wings, and that is never, ever, split the wing.
It is totally fine to trim off the wing tip, but there is no greater crime than serving split chicken wings. This travesty should honestly be immediately handled with a, "Go directly to jail," card. Seriously, call the police!

Everyone just needs to stop splitting wings immediately. If you are a restaurant that splits wings, do not ever try to bring me an order for a dozen wings, then drop 12 1/2 wings at the table, and think we are going to be friends.
