Halloween Magic: Texas Man Creates Kids Costumes Made With Love
Halloween is not only a time for tricks, but also a time for treats as well! Everyone, young or old, loves dressing up on the big day and showing off their costume to everyone. However, one Texas man is helping young Texans without a costume get one to celebrate.
Who Is Christophe Waggoner And What Does He Do For Texas Kids?
CBS News had the story of Christophe Waggoner, who has become known as the "Fairy Godmother" of Halloween in Texas. The reasoning for the title is simple one. He creates costumes for kids who are unable to get one.

The costumes themselves are made from items from thrift stores. So, not only are the costumes made from repurposed clothes, they're made with love and care too! CBS News followed Waggoner while he was shopping to show his methods:

Why Does Waggoner Create Costumes And Give Them Out For Free?
Waggoner's reasoning is very simple. As he told CBS News:
"I want everybody, all the kids, their parents, whatever, to feel like they're getting the same thing that somebody went out and bought."
What's even more incredible is that Waggoner invests a lot of funds into costumes and, as revealed by CBS News, the funds needs to keep the costumes in storage is $5,000 a year.
Simply put, Waggoner has earned his title of "Fairy Godmother" of Halloween in Texas.
