Texas Mash-Up: What Drinks Would Mix Like Jack Daniels and Coca-Cola?

This is something that many knew mixed well, but was never really acknowledged by either company. And yet, as time goes on, things we don't expect to happen somehow do. We've seen the return of the Mexican Pizza from Taco Bell for example, after fan support brought it back.

And now, Jack Daniels and Coca-Cola have surprised many people by announcing a team up that many have done once in their lives. KWTX has reported that the companies will now sell Jack and Coke in cans that consumers can purchase.

Yes, you read that write, people will be able to purchase Jack and Coke in stores. My question is will taste as good as the original mix? Because I do enjoy a good Jack and Coke now and again.

But with mixture now being sold in stores, this makes me wonder one thing: What would a mixed drink that represents Texas be like? As in, what drinks would mix well with each other?

One drink that certainly comes to mind is Big Red. It was, after all, first made in Waco. What would mix with well with the famously very red soft drink?

What about a weird choice, how about something that mixes well with a bacon flavored soda? There's got to something the could mix and taste well right?

And finally, there has to be something that mixes will with Dr. Pepper. There's just no way we could talk about mixing drinks without Dr. Pepper.
