Texas Rangers Tackle Naked Man Streaking at the Alamo

CBS Austin and Texas General Land Office have shared a video of a naked man pushing a stroller through Alamo Plaza in San Antonio. The man was quickly arrested by Park Rangers who patrol the plaza.

Identified as 41-year-old Hector Vincent, the man is shown on video shirtless and pushing a stroller. He suddenly drops his shorts and goes running through the plaza while pushing the stroller. He told police an unidentified person stole his wallet and a tablet as the reason he was running around naked.

The video shows plenty of children walking through the plaza as this is happening. Hector has been charged with disorderly conduct.
