Texas Treasure Show at Mayborn Convention Center [Photos]

It's just $3 bucks to check out the TAMDC's Texas Treasure Show today at the Mayborn Convention Center in Temple! Kids 12 and under are free! The show is open until 4 PM. Routing down 3rd Street in Temple will help you access the Convention Center and avoid the I-35 construction.

Treasure including everything from lost gold and silver to artifacts from the Civil War is on display thanks to the Texas Association of Metal Detecting Club. Chapters of the club come from all over the state to show off pieces of history they have found with different kinds of metal detecting devices. Items that are found from all over the world are on display going back thousands of years!
