Hi.  My name is Peter and I'm a "televisionoholic".  I'm addicted to A&E, HBO, and the History Channel.  Seriously though, here's the best & worst of 2013's TV offerings.

Yes, I'll admit it.  I watch too much TV.  I just can't get enough. News, information, entertainment are always tickling my brain.  I've learned more from watching the History Channel and NatGeo than I ever learned in school I think.

Every bedroom has a 50" screen n it. My man cave has a huge LED screen that'll put you in the show.  And I'm going bigger soon with the installation of drop down screen and digital projection system.  Soon, I'll have practically a wall full of a Willie Robertson close ups.

According to The A.V. Club, here's their take on the best of 2013 on the tube.

10. Justified (FX) ....(One of my personal favorites, new season starts January 7th)
9. The Good Wife (CBS)
7. (Tie) New Girl (FOX) and Girls (HBO)
6. Mad Men (AMC)
5. Game of Thrones (HBO)  (All I can say is, "Hurry up HBO!  I'm waiting!!)
4. Orange Is the New Black (Netflix)
3. Bob's Burger (FOX)
2. Breaking Bad (AMC)
1. Enlightened (HBO)

I can't believe that "American Horror Story" (FX) or "Sons of Anarchy" (FX) didn't make the list. And "Bob's Burgers" instead of HBO's "The Newsroom"?  Really?!
From the A.V. Club's "The worst TV of 2013"

Worst new series: Dads (FOX)         (Yes! So why the hell are they still running it?!!)
Biggest waste of onscreen talent: Ironside (NBC)
Worst reality show: Big Brother (CBS)    (Circling the drain in my opinion)
Worst talk show hire: Jenny McCarthy, The View (ABC)
Worst suicide attempt: Maya Lewis, Scandal (ABC)
Worst reason to stay tuned after Breaking Bad: Low Winter Sun (AMC)
Worst returning lumberjack: Dexter, Dexter (Showtime)
