The Offline Glass Promotes Conversation in Bars

Aren’t you supposed to go to bars to meet people, talk to your friends, make some future dates?   Well seems like these days people go to bars to text people who aren’t there.   The folks in Brazil are trying to change that with a new bar glass.  It's called the Offline Glass.  These glasses  are MISSING a chunk off the base.  So to keep the glass standing up, you have to slide your cell phone underneath it to prop it up.  Watch how it works.

Yeah, good luck getting people to put a sweaty glass of beer on their 300 dollar Smart Phone. Ya gotta make some Phone Coasters too!  And Spill Protectors!  Drunk People are always spilling things!  I say it's an April Fool's Joke in June!
