Killeen police are asking for the public's help to identify a man who stole from a convenience store, then ripped a security camera off of a nearby gun shop.

Police were called to the Mickey's Convenience store at 2101 South WS Young Drive Wednesday morning.

Employees told them the man in the photos above entered the store and paid for gas and a pack of cigarettes. As he was leaving, he stole a bullet-shaped flashlight from a front counter display.

The man then wend to a soon-to-open gun shop at 2103 S WS Young and stole a security camera attached to the building, then fled in a white GMC or Chevrolet step-side pickup truck.

Detectives are asking anyone who may recognize the man or know anything about the crime to contact Crime Stoppers at 254-526-8477, online at bellcountycrimestoppers.com, or via the P3tips mobile app. Crime Stoppers will not ask your name, and information leading to an arrest could net a cash reward of up to $1,000.
