Killeen police have arrested two men believed to have burglarized a neighbor’s home in a plan to steal and sell electronics.

20-year-old Cameron Jerami Fleming and 18-year-old Coby Juanyae Carlton have been charged with burglary of a habitation after being arrested Tuesday. Police responded to a burglary in progress call in the 1800 block of Startdust Street in Killeen around 10 a.m. that day. When they arrived, two women pointed to a home from which the officers could see a man in dark clothing exiting the front door.

The man identified himself as Fleming and told officers that his friend, Carlton, was a resident of the home. Police were given permission to search the house and found a television covered by a blanket with a serial number matching that of a TV stolen from a home in the same neighborhood. They also found several video games and other items. Fleming and Carlton admitted to stealing the items and their plans to sell them and split the money.

The two men were arraigned Thursday, with bond for each set at $50,000.
