I am sure that there isn't many things that upset a coach more than finding out his underage quarterback has been arrested for public drunkenness and using a fake I.D.  That was the call that Mac Brown, head coach of the Longhorns, had to deal with this morning.  19 year old Connor Brewer was arrested by school police early this Saturday morning.  He was booked into the county jail, had to stand before the Justice of the Peace and then was let out around 11 hours later.  Each of these charges carries a fine up to $500.

There were high hopes for Brewer to content for playing time next year but who knows now that this has happened!  Kids will be kids, but for him to make dumb decisions like this before his career even has the chance to start to grow is just a waste.
