Volunteer To ‘Killeen Up’ Lowes Boulevard Creek March 4th

Each spring the group Keep Killeen Beautiful organizes at Lowes Boulevard Creek for the annual Texas Waterway Cleanup. This year the date is March 4th!

Volunteers are needed to help "Killeen Up" the creek! If you are able to help volunteers will meet at the Killeen Walmart parking lot at 8am on March 4th. The address is 1400 Lowes Boulevard in Killeen.

Participants will be a part of a group photo before spreading out along the creek bank to remove garbage, cigarette butts, plastic bags and other litter. It's a day for helping keep Texas beautiful. Groups all over the state will gather to clean up waterways in their local community.
