Everything is bigger and better in Texas, including unique getaways. I don't know about you but I would love to go on an African Safari, but I don't think it is something that will ever happen to me, so I will do the next best thing and have a safari experience right here in Texas. You won't have to travel far, the Blue Hills Ranch is located right outside of Waco in McGregor.

The Blue Hills Ranch is a 150-acre working ranch with more than 150 unique animals roaming free and you’ll see everything from giraffes to deer to mini pigs. There are five themed cabins you can stay in or park your RV in one of their 14 RV spots  You can choose from the giraffe themed cabin or the zebra themed cabin, these two cabins will accomidiate up to four guests. The pirate themed cabins will accomidate up to six guests. No matter where you decide to stay you can watch all of these exotic animals roam free.  You can see animals such as giraffes, zebras, otters, bison and kangaroos.

While staying at the Blue Hills Ranch you can take part in the 15 different adventures. There adventures inclued the ranch adventure, swimming with otters disc golf on the largest course in Texas, golf cart rentals, atv rentals, soon to come Jeep rentals, dining with giraffes, dining over looking the pond, or dining on your porch.
