You only turn 102 once (if you're lucky), so this woman decided to mark the occasion in style.

Okay, maybe that's an exaggeration. She simply got a cake, while relatives congregated around her.

The woman, identified as Aunt Lou Lou, sure seems spry and aware -- she sings along to "Happy Birthday" and even blows out the candles, which is when the drama happens.

Her teeth come flying out like a skydiver. Let's hope they didn't land in the icing because nothing ruins a good cake quite like a set of false teeth. (Except strawberries. Don't believe the hype -- strawberries in cake are not good).
