2014 Emmys: ‘Breaking Bad’ Stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul Reunite for Pawn Shop Spoof
It's increasingly less likely we'll ever see Bryan Cranston or Aaron Paul return to their famed 'Breaking Bad' roles for AMC spinoff 'Better Call Saul,' but with the 2014 Emmy Awards airing this Sunday, NBC has cooked up an even quicker reunion. Watch Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul trade barbs with 'Veep''s Julia Louis-Dreyfus in a new 2014 Emmy sketch for "Barely Legal Pawn."
Framed as a reality-style pawn series and sponsored by Audi, the six-minute sketch sees Dreyfus in character as herself looking to pawn off one of her past 'Seinfeld' Emmys, and negotiating with the unscrupulous store owners (Cranston and Paul) for a higher price. Of course, we wouldn't dream of spoiling the turn taken two-thirds of the way through the sketch, but don't count yourself terribly surprised when you see it.
The 2014 Emmy Awards will air this coming Sunday on NBC, hosted by Seth Meyers, and we'll be at the helm ready to document all the many snubs, surprises and successes. In the meantime, check out our best bet at a 'Breaking Bad' reunion above, and give us your Emmy predictions in the comments!
