Granger Smith's "Country Boy" alter ego Earl Dibbles, Jr. most likely has one heck of a headache this morning!
Earl might not have been cracking cold ones, but he was cracking heads...his own! Granger/Earl took a spill last night at Hurricane Harry's in College Station, Texas and landed forehead first into a speaker. The good news is Earl is fine. He finished the show and stuck around to sign autographs before he headed to the hospital to get SEVEN stitches!
A country boy CAN survive!
