Another school in Central TX is going virtual.

With just a week left of school before Christmas break begins, University High school has decided to finish remotely. With 12 people testing positive for COVID-19 on campus, the school's principal, Ricky Edison, believes it's what's best.

According to KWTX, the school will allow students who need to makeup end of course test exams to take them in person, while other students will be encouraged to log in virtually.

As of right now, in-person instruction will resume on Jan. 5 after the Christmas holiday.
