There are many wonderful people in the Bell County area. Each and every one brings their own personality to Bell County. For Isiah Cathcart, he's helping those who aren't able to do something involving their yard.
Who Is Isiah Cathcart And What Is He Doing To Help Certain Citizens In Bell County?
As reported by KWTX, Cathcart was once the owner of solar panel business. Unfortunately though, he was unable to sustain operations and had to close down. With the money that was leftover following the shutdown, there was opportunity to once again start something new.

Cathcart noticed an issue in the county while he had his solar panel business. He began to see lawns in the area that were left uncut and unkempt. Because of this, owners faced fines that they had to pay.

Per KWTX, Cathcart is mowing lawns for free for elderly Bell County residents, or those unable to do so. Cathcart's efforts have already shown promise, with a resident of the area, Jerilyn McConchie. McConchie told KWTX:
“My mower’s dead. I borrowed a friend’s mower. But then his mower broke so I couldn’t borrow it again. I couldn’t be happier. I’m kind of in a tough spot right now and so this is amazing help."
