Blake Shelton has scored yet another No. 1 hit, setting a record with 'Doin' What She Likes.' That gives him an 11th consecutive chart-topper, totaling 16 overall.

The country star is rewriting country history (as far as charts go) for the most consecutive No. 1 singles in the history of the Billboard Country Airplay chart, which launched in 1990.

Shelton was tied with Brad Paisley, who logged 10 consecutive No. 1s from 2005 to 2009, but with his most recent single, the numbers are really doin' what he likes: beating out his competition.

Shelton's streak opened with 'Hillbilly Bone' (featuring Trace Adkins) in March 2010, and he tied Paisley's run of 10 when 'Mine Would Be You' hit the top of the charts last fall. Zac Brown Band follows the leaders with seven No. 1 hits, while Carrie Underwood and Toby Keith each have six.

In addition to sitting at the top of the charts, Shelton's duet 'Medicine' with 'The Voice' judge Shakira debuted at No. 57 on Country Airplay, marking the country star's 35th chart entry.

Fans will be able to watch the collaboration on the 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards airing on CBS on Sunday (April 6), where the 'Boys 'Round Here' singer will perform and co-host the awards.
