DIY: Gallery Wall — A Summer Project

Ever wanted to know how the experts hang those cool gallery combinations on their walls? We've got the 'how-to.'

Domino magazine created this great 'how-to' video which easily shows the order in which you want to hang your gallery wall. Plus, they give you three different design options.

What they don't show you is all the measuring necessary. Keep that in mind. You will need to know where the frame hangers are located on the backs of each piece, and the height difference between where the frame outline will be, and the top of each one.

I have found that another helpful step includes outlining the pieces on a large sketch pad or butch paper, then cutting them out and using painters tape to hang them in the desired order. This will also give you a place to mark your nail hole without writing on the wall.

I can't wait to print my wedding photos, and try this out for myself!
