Additional Information

Walk MS: Killeen will unite more than 400 people to raise funds and awareness for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Family, friends, co-workers and even canines will gather at Carl Levin Park on Saturday, Sept. 19, in an effort to raise $50,000 to support cutting-edge research, services and programs benefiting thousands of Texans impacted by multiple sclerosis (MS). Walkers can choose from one mile or three-mile routes, and enjoy free food and entertainment before and after the event.

Visit walkMS.org to register to walk, volunteer or donate. There is no cost to register, and online registration is currently open. Event day activities will begin at 8 a.m., followed by a 9 a.m. start time for the walk. There is no registration fee and no minimum pledge commitment; however, the average walker raises $250 to support research initiatives, programs and services of the Society. Individuals interested in joining or creating a team can sign up online with co-workers, friends, family or neighbors.
