Gary Sinise & The Lt. Dan Band Headline Fort Hood's Red, White, and Blue Fest
This Friday evening, July 10, Sadowski Field will play host to the Red, White, and Blue Fest, featuring a highly anticipated performance by Gary Sinise & The Lt. Dan Band alongside a massive fireworks display. Organized through a joint effort between the Gary Sinise Foundation and the Fort Hood Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR), the celebration serves a dual purpose: honoring the local military community and commemorating America’s 250th birthday.
What to Expect
The evening promises high-energy, live rock-and-roll entertainment paired with activities for all ages. Before the music kicks off, attendees can explore various military hardware displays and enjoy family-friendly entertainment.

6PM- Gates open and pre-concert begins
7PM- Gary Sinise and The Lt. Dan Band take the stage
9PM- 20-minute fireworks finale
Gate Access and Admission Details
Admission to the Red, White, and Blue Fest is entirely free, but entry requires proper identification or clearance. The event is open to everyone holding a valid Department of Defense ID card or an Installation Access Pass. Civilians who do not possess military identification are welcome to attend but must first secure a visitor's pass. These can be obtained prior to the event at the Marvin Leath Visitor Center. Because a large turnout is expected, organizers highly recommend arriving early to secure a good spot. Don't forget to pack your own lawn chairs and blankets.
