Hunter Hayes, Wynonna Judd + More to Judge Music Competition for Unsigned Hopefuls
There are plenty of talented artists out there whose music you've never heard. After all, where would your favorite artists be without their record labels? To help undiscovered singers find their way, Hunter Hayes, Wynonna Judd, Craig Morgan and Dustin Lynch have agreed to judge the official Unsigned Only music competition.
The contest was created to seek out talented singers and bands who haven't yet signed on with a record label. Hopefuls will also be judged by music editors from Paste, Rolling Stone, and Spin magazines, as well as artists like Iggy Pop, Cyndi Lauper, Carly Simon and a few others.
In addition to scoring a $10,000 prize, the winner of Unsigned Only will have the opportunity to get extensive one-on-one mentoring by an elite group of record company executives.
Although a number of country stars will be on hand to judge the competition, Unsigned Only is open to artists from all genres. Contestants can enter the competition until March 14, 2013. For more information about the contest and submission guidelines, click here.
