It’s a Hard Knock Life: Cowboys Week 2
Welcome to your weekly update of The Dallas Cowboys Adventures on Hard Knocks.
Last week we got a peek at the Big D getting ready for the season. Parsons looked decent, Lamb looked good, and McCarthy looked confused.
We'll go over what went down on this week’s episode of Hard Knocks.
Back to Business
The Cowboys came into this week looking to improve on their previous week’s performance. The didn’t look great in their first matchup, but plan to change that going up against the Arizona Cardinals.
Dak Update
Prescott had sustained a shoulder injury of some type in the week prior. He seemed frustrated when they had initially put him on a snap count. Although this week they let Dak get back to some light throwing, he was still not happy with the restrictions put on him by the team.
Elliot Games
Zeke hasn’t had the greatest performances on the field the past couple of seasons, and had even more issues off the field. You would think maybe he would be focused on getting back to his former pro-bowl self. Right now, he doesn’t seem very serious about preparation and needs to get his head back in the game.
Lamb sticks out from the Herd
CeeDee Lamb showed that he came to play this season on last weeks episode of Hard Knocks. He showed no signs of slowing down this week, and continues to turn heads in camp. The episode really showed how much attention he's getting, including from his teammates.
Is Dinucci the Guy?
Dinucci may have used this past week to plead his case as the number 2 guy behind Prescott. He performed well against the cardinals during his time on the field. If he can continue this level of performance, he can make sure that he has nothing to worry about come final cuts..
