One individual in the the city of Temple, Texas is currently trying to figure out how to deal with a neighbor who has allegedly been attacking him with human waste. How did this begin? Here's what is known at the time of writing.

When Did This Situation Begin In Temple, Texas?

According to KCEN, Dylan Martinez's issues with the unknown neighbor began after a relatively simple issue. Martinez's neighbor was throwing trash onto his property, and Martinez requested the neighbor not do that anymore.

Purportedly, the neighbor began to instead torment Martinez and the family, with alleged acts reported by Martinez as "him busting out music and blurring out loud music from 4 a.m. all the way until 7" and " swinging and throwing actual diapers from his kids into my property, him throwing it into my ponds, him throwing it at my dogs, throwing human feces onto our windows and walls, cars and all of that."

When Martinez tried to calm the situation, it reportedly continued, with police getting involved.

Have Police Been Able To Assist Martinez?

Martinez told KCEN that the total amount of times that he's contacted the Temple police is over 20. Each time, police have documented the cases, but can't do anything for Martinez until law enforcement actually sees the harassment take place in person.

However, KCEN did report that a police officer has brought forth a complaint, deemed a Level C, against the neighbor. A possible civil suit may also happen, with Martinez having video evidence of the alleged actions.

As this is a developing story, we will have more information when it becomes available.
