Let’s Get Lazy, Local Lazy River Makes Texas “Best Of” Report
When it comes to lazy, I know a few things. My wife reminds me all the time that "you can't have lazy with an AZ." She's not wrong. Now Waco, Texas has a reason to boast about being lazy.
Being lazy is exactly how I like to spend my time at a water park. The slides are fun but the lazy river is where you'll find me floating the afternoon away and we have one of the best a short drive away.
Texas Water Parks
Hitting a water park, especially in Texas, is just about the perfect way to cool down. Fortunately Texas has a water park close by in just about any direction you just from just about any starting point. Summer Fun Water Park in Belton just down the road or you can head south into Austin for Kalahari Resorts, Typhoon Texas, Schlitterbahn and Volente Beach Water Park for a fun filled day of splashing around.
Or head north into Waco for Hawaiian Falls or Waco Surf, formally The BSR Cable Park.
