New Hospital Rankings Report Includes Several Central Texas Facilities
A new hospital rankings report has been released from U.S. News and World Report that includes rankings for several central Texas facilities.
Included in the recently issued online report are Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Metroplex Hospital in Killeen, and Seton Medical Center in Harker Heights. You can see the rankings from U.S. News and World Report Here.

Ranked 10th - Scott & White Hospital in Temple
U.S News has Temple's Scott and White Hospital ranked 10th in the state of Texas. They have been awarded a "High Preforming" ranking in several adult procedures and conditions including Cancer treatment and Gastroenterology. The Hospital received an "Average" ranking in Heart Bypass surgery and Lung Cancer surgery.

Metroplex Adventist Hospital in Killeen
Metroplex Adventist Hospital was also ranked by U.S. News, scoring 2 "High Preforming" ratings for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and Heart Failure. Metroplex specializes in Diabetes, Pulmonology, Urology, and Nephrology. The hospital's lowest ranking was for hip and knee replacement

Seton Medical Center in Harker Heights
Seton Medical Center in Harker Heights was also included in the US News rankings, but they did not include that information within the online version of the rankings. Seton is a general medical and surgical hospital with a 4 star rating from the U.S. Governments site for Medicare.
U.S. News says Seton ranks "Average" for conditions and procedures in the areas of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Heart failure, and Knee replacement.
