Wait, What? Why Was There A Pink Sky Over Temple, Texas?
We've seen a lot of strange things happen in Temple, Texas haven't we?
There's too many to list, but one big example has to be the beef bandits. I mean, that was a little bit of out of left field right? Maybe Keeping Austin Weird has rubbed off on other cities in the Central Texas area.
It's safe to say, there's probably a bit of weirdness that we don't experience day-to-day in Texas. Sometimes it's for the best. But when we all notice it, it certainly becomes a talking point. Wouldn't you know it, one of those so called water-cooler moments just happened!
The sky turned a different color in Temple recently, and while this is a normal occurrence, circumstances are...different this time.
A Pink Sky Over...A Lettuce Farm In Temple?
Social media began to buzz about the sky Sunday:
Just look at how pink it is! That doesn't seem very normal does it though? It...looks way more pink than we'd expect. Further photos surfaced of the pink abnormality:
The comments revealed that the sky was spotted over a lettuce farm in Temple. So...what exactly caused this?
Possible Reason For The Pink Sky In Temple
Well, the first thing to do when you don't know something? Search the internet! According to Veena World, pink skies are caused by a variety of factors, such as dust or smoke alter to color of the sky.
But, we doubt there'd be much pollution from a lettuce farm, so the reason we're betting on is that a different cloud, as mentioned in the article, was over the farm. This caused the color change, and made us all look upward.
