Rusty became the chief forecaster at KWTX News 10 in 1989 and watched over the creation of one of the most advanced forecast centers in Central Texas. Rusty has provided the weather on our group of radio stations for years so he will also be missed on the radio side of life as well. Rusty began his career on the radio while he was still a high school student in his home town of Victoria, Texas.
