Schoepf's BBQ Golf Classic: Salado Event Supporting 4H and FFA

Salado, Texas is home to a very historical community in Central Texas that is proud of not only its significance in Bell County and the Lone Star State, but also its status of maintaining that Village of Salado feel. As much of the county and CTX as a whole has boomed over the past 10 years, Salado remains grounded as a small village that offers a quiet oasis from the bustle of urban life, and provides exactly what the locals desire.

Earlier on this picture perfect day, Mill Creek Country Club that sits delightfully on Salado Creek, was the setting for Schoepf's BBQ 15th Annual Vaquero Golf Classic. The beneficiaries have alternated over the years, but as an area of Texas that was established as a train depot for transporting crops and livestock, it is great to see that essential industry supported for our children, and the children of generations to come.

Ronnie Schoepf provides some announcement for the charity golf classic and auctions off a new cooler to raise money for the local 4H and FFA of Bell County.

Schoepf's BBQ has been a staple of the neighboring town of Belton as a family owned and operated restaurant that is proud to support this wonderful area we all call home, and that is why they selected Bell County 4H and FFA as this year's beneficiaries.
