Startling Lacy Lakeview, Texas Fire Claims Life Of 3
It is the absolutely scariest event to happen to any neighborhood, and every parents' worst nightmare come to life when a fire broke out in a multi unit apartment complex located just north of Waco in Lacy Lakeview, Texas. Now, at least three people are dead and the search continues for others following an overnight fire that began around 11:30 PM last night.
At the time of this article, three confirmed victims were declared dead with at least one other person's location unknown. As the investigation gets going, it is possible other concerns could arise.
Where did the fire occur?
The fire broke out after 11 PM Sunday night at Northgate Apartments and continued to burn through the morning hours today. At least 30 people called a unit located at 115 Faye Street near the border of Waco and Lacy Lakeview home before the complex became a total loss, and are now looking for shelter while dealing with the potential loss of a family member or neighbor.
The state fire marshals are on sight, and have taken over the investigation. It is believed that at least 5 or 6 regional fire departments answered the call to the fire with additional first responders arriving on scene to assist in the rescue and treatment of the occupants.
