Texas DPS Ups Reward for Information About 1994 Murder
It's been 25 years since Laura Warren was discovered dead south of Beeville, and Texas Rangers are offering a reward of up to $6,000 for information that could help close this cold case and bring closure to her family.
Laura, 25, was reported missing on October 26, 1994. Her body was discovered five days later. She was last seen alive in the company of a Hispanic man at a Budget Inn near Shoreline Boulevard and I-37 in Corpus Christi.
Rangers say they've exhausted all leads, and they're asking for the public's help. They routinely offer rewards of up to $3,000 for tips leading to cold case arrests, but they've temporarily upped the reward in this case in hopes that someone will come forward after all these years and help them find justice for Laura.
