To find out the answer, we turn to SumUp. 16 different factors were used to determine the rankings for the cities. While SumUp collected data for Europe, we'll be focusing on the data for United States.

Three specific Texas cities were placed in top ten, and they took up the 5th, 6th, and 7th spots in order. So, without further ado, here's where they are located in Texas.

Landing at 5th place was Dallas, Texas. Taking 6th place was none other than Austin, Texas. Finally, at 7th place, Houston, Texas was the final Texas representative.

So if you're looking to start a business in the Lone Star State, these three Texas cities might be the best place to do so!
