THIS IS HUGE: Turnpike Troubadours & Whiskey Myers Highlight Wild West Fest ’22
It's time to head to San Angelo, TX. You know this time last year we were all pretty certain we'd never see Turnpike Troubadours on the stage together again. Fast forward to this year and Turnpike is regularly adding new shows to their ever-growing reunion tour, while we all wait impatiently for their new album.
And now the Red Dirt Gods are playing San Angelo plus one of the hottest tickets today, that's right, Whiskey Myers will be there too. It's all part of Wild West Fest, a week long music festival set for this summer.
In addition to a couple of the Texas / Red Dirt scene's biggest bands, from July 29th - Aug 5th, San Angelo's River Stage will host so many legends, and so much talent from across the state and beyond.
On Saturday, July 30, Whiskey Myers will perform at the River Stage, with Muscadine Bloodline, and Austin Meade.
As part of their reunion tour, Turnpike Troubadours will takeover the River Stage Fri, Aug. 5th, with Cody Canada and The Departed, and William Beckmann. In between the Concho Valley will see a full week of unmatched live music: Tanner Usrey, The Damn Quails, Kevin Galloway (of Uncle Lucius) Jamie Lin Wilson, Corey Kent, Midnight River Choir and more. Listen, if ever the was a reason to spend a week in San Angelo, this is it.

The Wild West Fest pre-sale Launch Party is set for Thursday, April 21st at the "Beer Barn" at the San Angelo fair grounds with special guest Grady Spencer and The Work. And get this, the first 750 people are guaranteed tickets with 4 tickets per order. Then tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 22nd.
