US 105 has seen time & time again the generosity of Central Texans.  When our neighbors near and far are suffering we step & step in to offer whatever assistance we can.  Join US 105 Thursday beginning at 8 am as we kick off a 12-hour push to collect as many donations & supplies as possible to send north on I-35 to the OKC metro area devastated by tornadoes this week.

Beginning at 8 am Thursday and going through at least 8 pm US 105 will be at Schoepf's BBQ on Central Ave in Belton and at Wild Country Nightclub in Harker Heights collecting goods.  Charlie Robison is set to play Thursday night at Schoepf's, and Charlie has committed to being on-hand throughout the day at Schoepf's helping in whatever ways he can.  We need to put Charlie to work.  We've all seen the pictures & video, and we've seen the devastation to homes, businesses and families.  It's time to step up and make sure our neighbors are cared for and have everything needed.  We're also looking to secure another drop-off location in the Killeen area, and we'll update this story once a location is secured.

WE NEED:

Bottled water, diapers, work gloves, sunscreen, baby food, new toys for the kids, new/like-new clothing (we appreciate the thought, but if it's something YOU wouldn't wear, just dispose of it elsewhere), batteries, toiletries/sundries
