The growing pains continue through Killeen on CenTex Expressway. As the highway and access roads continue to grow closer to completion, we're certainly a long way from the inconvenience coming to an end.

Parenting may be a big hassle when it comes to EVERYTHING ELSE compared to parents just a generation ago. No chemicals or carcinogens to worry about, no internet perverts (just a creepy guy in a van offering candy), no "new math" to worry about and no nutritional standards to worry about in school lunches.

If you're gonna steal a motorcycle... well, there's really nothing I can add after that. DON'T STEAL PEOPLE'S STUFF!! If you do, you might find yourself on the receiving end of some instant karma at the hands of the bike's rightful owner.

It's an incredible story more than 70 years in the making. It may have been lost & forgotten about for decades, but for one now-91-year-old soldier it was a great reunion.

I started sweating in mid-June, and I won't stop until the 3rd weekend in October. There will be a period of three days where I'll stop sweating, and then the heat will return for another three weeks of sweating.

I love messing with my family with the question, "What do cops & firefighters have in common?". The answer, of course, is, "They both grew up wanting to be firefighters".

That also holds true when it comes to prank shows. You have to wonder how people believe such insane scenarios on shows like "Punk'd" and "Hamish & Andy", but they pull off this prank in epic fashion.

With my mom in town for a few days (a rare treat) we took a trip to New Braunfels for a float.  She'd never floated the river, and with temps over 100 and high humidity it was just what I needed to escape the heat.
