US105 Has Your Free Tickets to the Pet Adoption Extravaganza
US 105 welcomes the Rescue Magazine Sixth Annual Pet Adoption Extravaganza to the Bell County Expo Center on Saturday and Sunday, September 11 and 12.
Let's start with last year's event. Over 2,000 people attended, and 157 animals found their forever home. That was during the crazy COVID year. Now I know that COVID isn't gone yet, but last year's success means that folks are willing to head out and support a great event like the Pet Adoption Extravaganza no matter the circumstances.
This year's event will be jammed packed with lots of fun stuff to see and do with over four hundred animals on-site looking for their forever homes, plus plenty of vendors on hand so shopping for your new best friend will be super easy.
There will also be educational wildlife and training programs, pony rides, working dog demonstrations, exotic animals, free micro chipping, and some really cool non-animal stuff to keep the kids in entertained - Star Wars characters, Comic Con characters, and so much more.
This year's Pet Adoption Extravaganza promises to be fun for everybody.
Admission is really affordable as well, with kids 13 and younger in for free while adults only pay $6. Tickets are available at the Bell County Expo Center.
Keep listening to US105 for a chance to get on our guest list and of course our mobile app will also give you a chance to win.
Don't forget, you can listen to Rescue Magazines "Animal Hour" hosted by Ron Ducharme every Sunday from 11-12p on our sister station, KTEM 1400.
