Waco Goes From Fixer Upper to Wood Work
Were you sad when you found out that "Fixer Upper" was calling it quits? Well if you loved the wood work that came along with Chip and Joanna Gaines fear not, a show is on the way. Remember Harp Design Co.? Well Clint and Kelly Harp are gearing up for a spin off of "Fixer Upper" called "Wood Work". Instead of getting little snippets of Clint Harp hearing Joanna Gaines and her amazing visions out, we will get to follow Clint around his wood working shop. Clint and Kelly Harp quit their jobs several years ago and moved into an apartment with their 3 kids to pursue their passion of wood work. Luckily Clint met Chip and he started doing projects for Chip and Joanna.
Clint and Kelly Harp call Waco home, so it looks like the tourist attraction in Waco isn't going anywhere fast. According to Harp Design Co.'s website "Clint and Kelly Harp founded Harp Design Co with the dual focus of creating and giving. Our great hope is that each piece of handmade furniture brings people together in your home, carving out space for family meals, work, art projects, or sharing a cup of coffee. Love, laughter, and connection—these are things we all need, and the vision behind every piece we create." The new show "Wood Work" premieres May 9th at 9:00 p.m. Central.
