Cool day. Warm up with a slice of America, Texas style, with Apple Pie Tacos.

I don't know how these are not on every fast foods dollar menu in this state.

Will have to try to make these myself next Tuesday. Of course, I have a huge fear of starting the house on fire with boiling oil, so I'll bake my taco shells. (and by bake I mean take them out of a package that I bought in the store, dip them in cinnamon and sugar and put in pie filling.)

If I ever get  a job in the fast food industry again, I'll be sure to make some taco shells right before I have to clean out the deep fryers.
