Watch a High School Cheerleader Break the Back Flip Record

Mikayla Clark is a 16 year old Atlanta high school cheerleader who just broke the Guinness World Record for most consecutive back handsprings. She did 44 of them during Westlake High School's homecoming game.  The previous record was 36.

Mikayla, has been practicing since the beginning of the football season to beat the record.

Thank goodness for spotters, you could do some serious damage to yourself like that.
