White Chocolate Caramel Fudge Will Entertain This Holiday Season
The best thing you can say about fudge is that it taste good. Looks like smoothed out poop, but tastes good.
Here's some fudge that looks as good as it tastes.
Pretty simple to mix up as well. You're going to need the White Chocolate chips. (Hence the name). Dump in bunch then toss in some room temp butter. Best to scrape the mold off the butter first. (Or is that just my butter?)
Time to toss in the sweetened condensed milk. Don't forget to scrape the canister. You paid for the whole can, might as well use it.
Time to cook this up. Microwave it baby. Sweet! Nuke it for a minute to a minute and a half, then stir. Nuke again for 20 to 30 seconds, stir. Then 10 to 15 seconds until the mixture is melted.
Pour into a cake tin, or whatever shape you have handy. Pour caramel over the top. Grab a knife or tooth pick and swirl in the caramel. Once you've got a design you're satisfied with, toss in the fridge for an hour or so then cut an serve.
