World’s Most Powerful Women 2013

Forbes is out with a new list of the world's most powerful women.  Guess who's the number one celebrity.

Still OPRAH, but why?  Forbes says the list is based on dollars, media momentum and impact.  OPRAH came in at number 13, but  MICHELLE OBAMA and HILLARY CLINTON, non-celebrities, ranked higher,  4th and 5th, respectively.  House Minority Leader NANCY PELOSI was #22, and QUEEN ELIZABETH came in at #40.
