The Ballou Barn Birds Are Back

Every year the same family of birds comes back to the nest they made the spring we moved into our house and just this week I noticed a new generation of babies had hatched!

Momma Ballou says they are "Barn Swallows" and Momma Ballou would know. I love them and I feel like they are a part of our little Ballou family, but providing a porch for these cute little kiddos does come with an...uh....let's just call it a "messy" problem.

Yes boys and girls, that is one giant, never ending pile of Ballou Poo.
