Jarrod Birmingham is returning to Killeen-Temple, Texas for a concert on Friday night, February 10th, 2023. His country and Americana shows have become quite the event every time he's in Central Texas.

He takes the stage on Friday night immediately following the bull riding. Birmingham's road to becoming a musical performer has been similar to Chris LeDoux and Ryan Bingham. He has actually lived the life as a rodeo performer and rider, and then turned those experiences into actual musical story telling.

Tickets can be purchased in advance for the Bell County Rodeo. The rodeo is one of the most truly Texan events you can attend, and always proves to be so much fun for the whole family.

What else is happening besides the concert?

There are also a lot of other events that happen each year with the rodeo. One of them is the Mini Rodeo that is designed specifically for elementary school aged children. If your student didn't have an opportunity to attend, reach out to their school, and see if you can get them in the mix for next time.

Mutton Bustin' is still one of the coolest features of the rodeo. Kids of all ages put on the safety vest and helmet, and get after it. It really is a grip it and rip it experience, and nothing is greater than supporting the next generation of rodeo stars. Just about nothing is cuter either.

Are there discounts?

Yes, both seniors and military can expect a rebate on their gate admission. Besides the concert on Friday night, it is also "Military Night."
