Dining website Gayot has ranked 2022's best pizza restaurants in the nation, and a Houston, Texas spot made the list. It was the only location in the Lone Star State that made the ranking.

Bollo Woodfired Pizza sources its ingredients directly from Italy, including 00 flour, a finely ground Italian flour used to make pasta and pizza dough. The restaurant makes Neapolitan pizzas in a wood-burning oven, and according to Gayot, one of the best pizzas you can order from Bollo's menu is the 'Bianco de Bollo', made with extra-virgin olive oil, basil, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Online reviews for Bollo's include customers raving about the restaurant's fresh ingredients and quick service.
