Full Video Of Thrilling 6th Street All Female Street Brawl!

Things got a little out of hand down on Austin's notorious Dirty 6th Street when four women were filmed fighting each other in a drunken brawl. People tend to head down to 6th Street to take in some live music, standup comedy, or just to throw a few back in one the many vibrant bars lining the street. It does have its fair share of violence from time to time. There have been a few gun shots, but usually the violence maxes out at a brawl every now and then.

One of those fights was recently caught on camera and uploaded to YouTube. It's hard to say what lead to the foursome brawl, but it certainly escalated due to alcohol and the rowdy atmosphere of Dirty 6th.

While there isn't any alcohol caught on camera it is pretty clear from the women’s lack of coordination that alcohol helped make this a truly absurd scene. People in all around can be heard laughing and shouting as the situation spirals out of control. There are plenty of phones out trying to capture the scene for their own social media postings, but there is only one voice in the background pleading for them to "Chill Out". It’s a reminder of how immoral people get down on Dirty 6th, and it’s no surprise this fight has been widely shared on social media.

While the video is entertaining and ridiculous it does make you question the level of safety on 6th Street. There is a heavy presence of law enforcement up and down 6th Street, but something has to happen before the police can react. Unfortunately, things happen quite often. I spend multiple nights a week down on 6th Street performing at the Comedy Mothership, The Sunset Strip Comedy Club, and a few other venues, but I am out of there as soon as my job is done. The last thing I need is to be able to tell a funny story on stage about getting beaten up by four drunk women.
