The Texas Longhorns and A&M Aggies both performed well under their standards this season, both finishing the regular season with a 7-5 record. That's still good enough to earn them a spot in a bowl game.

The Aggies face off against the Oklahoma State Cowboys in the Texas Bowl Friday, December 27th. The Cowboys star running back Chuba Hubbard confirmed he will play as reported by USA Today.

Hubbard leads the nation with 1,936 yards rushing, some thought he may sit out the game to prepare for the NFL draft. The Aggies have the 30th ranked defense. The game is at 5:45 on ESPN.

The Texas Longhorns have an even tougher opponent with the 11th ranked Utah Utes in the Alamo Bowl. Utah probably deserved a better bowl, but maybe Texas will pull off an upset like in last year's Sugar Bowl against Georgia.

You can catch the Alamo Bowl Tuesday, December 31st at 6:30pm on ESPN.
