The Ultimate Mother-Son Nerf War Is Coming to Killeen
It’s time to spend quality time with your boys, Killeen moms! The City of Killeen Parks and Recreation Department is now inviting moms and their sons to the inaugural Mother-Son Nerf War. This event is all about friendly competition, family fun, and creating meaningful bonds with your child.
Where Is This Event Taking Place?
I personally can’t wait to attend this event. It will take place on July 17 from 6 to 8 PM at the First National Bank Texas Recreation Center, located at 1700 E. Stan Schlueter Loop. This event will help moms and sons stay active during the summer while enjoying fun, engaging activities together. In addition to the Nerf war, participants will be able to enjoy activities such as soccer darts, axe throwing, a Nerf obstacle course, and safe shooting practice.
How Much Does This Event Cost?
There will also be food, drinks, and giveaways provided for you and your son. The event is open to children ages 16 and under. Tickets are $50 per mom-and-son pair, with each additional son admitted for $25.
